We kindly ask that all clients respect the scheduled time of their service. Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. A “no-show” includes: * Missing your appointment entirely * Arriving excessively late to the point the appointment can no longer be completed * Failing to communicate prior to your appointment time This policy is in place to protect the time, preparation, and availability reserved for each client.
